A space to connect to body, mind, and spirit; A space to develop understanding and compassion for the self and the world as a whole; Yoga is a practice suitable for everyone.
So far on my journey through life and yoga, I have discovered a huge part of my purpose is to support the creation of community and offer support and connection to people connecting with themselves. I hope to inspire people through my life and my teaching, the rewards of living with presence, intention, and heart. I want students to leave my classes feeling light and empowered.
I guide students to find their edge, try new things, and continue the flow, all while encouraging deep presence with the self by creating space for breath and stillness. My classes are known for their warm atmosphere and a groovy playlist, a space where all are welcome. We get the heart beating strong and juicy to release old tensions and create more space for love and understanding.
Consistently incorporating Dharma talks based on current astrology and seasons, I encourage students to find a meditation and intention setting practice to get clear on goals as well as present states of being.
I found yoga at the age of seventeen just after losing my mother to cancer. Yoga was immediately a safe space for healing and reflection. I am grateful after every single class that I offer, and it is my intention to hold space for you to have the expansive experiences that I have found through this practice.
Since beginning teaching in San Francisco in 2014, I have taught a variety of classes to the general public as well as specific classes for women, self-development, and healing body image.
Following my passion for music, art, and adventure, I moved from San Francisco to Berlin in 2017. Aside from teaching yoga and facilitating different workshops, my spirit is ignited by working with children, creating art, spending time with animals, dancing to techno and riding my bicycle. Life is a celebration.
After knowing what it is like to feel alone in the world, I am passionate about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in all of my classes and wherever I am. As much a student as I am a teacher, and I am excited to share this path with you.
